Job Description: Online Executive - Online Sales Team

Xiaomi India is a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company committed to delivering innovation and high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Executive to join our Online Sales Team. As an Online Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our online sales strategies by focusing on price tracking, visibility tracking, scheme communication, replication, OOS tracking, coordination with design/marketing/platform teams, reporting, and event checklist management.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Price Tracking: Monitor and analyze the pricing of Xiaomi products and competitive products in the market. Ensure that Xiaomi's pricing strategy is competitive and aligned with market trends.
  2. Visibility Tracking: Track and enhance the online visibility of Xiaomi products on various e-commerce platforms. Optimize product listings and content to improve visibility and discoverability.
  3. Scheme Communication and Standardization: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate and implement promotional schemes. Ensure that scheme details are standardized across different platforms.
  4. Replication and OOS Tracking: Replicate successful online sales strategies across multiple platforms. Keep a close watch on stock levels and work to minimize Out of Stock (OOS) instances.
  5. Coordination with Design/Marketing/Platform Teams: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create effective callouts and banner refreshes. Ensure that product information is accurately reflected in banners and promotional materials.
  6. Reporting: Generate and maintain reports to track online sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to the Online Sales Team based on data analysis.
  7. Event Checklist: Develop and manage checklists for online sales events. Ensure all necessary tasks are completed in preparation for special sales events and promotions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers, reports & insights Background in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, sales operations, content creation for sales team or sales Business-focused with a sales oriented and customer-success-driven mindset Previous experience in sales / marketing in a SaaS environment is an added advantage Content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle Strategic thinking ability that can take broad vision and develop structured plans of action to drive tangible outcomes Ability to: Work in a global and matrix environment Work in Agile environment Lead and influence others without direct authority Facilitate collaborative, cross-functional design sessions Working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies Qualifications: BE + MBA preferred with 3-5 years of experience For candidates with technology powered sales enablement experience and workex, MBA is not mandatory
