As the Marketer for our India AWM Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and grow the organization's asset and wealth management services. We are seeking a dynamic and omni-channel marketer who can develop modern campaigns, creatives, and brand initiatives to engage and acquire business.

As the Marketer for our India AWM Marketing Team, you will be responsible to work closely with the regional Chief Marketing Officers to oversee the teams in India which support the global marketing organization for developing and executing the marketing strategies to promote and grow the organization's asset and wealth management services. We are looking for a dynamic and omni-channel marketer who can help the teams to develop, oversee and execute modern campaigns, creatives, brand and transformative initiatives to engage and acquire business. The lead is responsible to build a scalable and sustainable organization, manage controls agenda, and have defined engagement & governance model with key stakeholders, have identified metrics and performance parameters. Should drive collaborations/partnerships/team integrations with related functions/groups in the broader organization (India & Global)

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing organization. Focus on building and driving strong stakeholder engagement across business functions, technology partners and extended global teams to provide relevant coverage for the marketing functions. 
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions to differentiate the company's asset and wealth management offerings.
  • Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the organization. Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets. Ensure consistent application of the brand across all marketing channels and communication materials.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to understand the features and benefits of asset and wealth management products. Develop product marketing strategies and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and prospects.
  • Digital Marketing and Technology: Leverage digital marketing channels and technology platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. Oversee the development and optimization of the company's website, social media presence, email marketing, and other digital assets.
  • Creative Services: The design team works on a variety of projects from high-level, long-term conceptual work to quick-turn projects. The team focuses on creating campaign focused design initiatives, and occasional presentation development. Work alongside our design, editorial, video and project management teams to deliver design solutions
  • Understand current and future business needs, follow industry trends and innovations to proactively improve and maximize the value of the internal system/applications to be in line with the changing strategies and stakeholder requirements for the marketing organization

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Proven experience as a senior marketing executive, preferably within the asset and wealth management industry. Strong knowledge of asset and wealth management products, services, and industry dynamics
  • Focused on how marketing drives quantifiable business results. Strategic thinker who understands and supports the goals and direction of the firm
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives, challenges and competitive landscape
  • Prior experience managing or influencing large, multi-discipline groups remotely and in multiple locations
  • Experienced people manager adept at working in matrix organization and managing dynamic high performance teams

  • A balanced approach combining judgment, analytical rigor, curiosity, open-mindedness and creativity. Excellent communication skills and story-telling acumen
  • Ability to multi-task and understand priorities/workflows. Self-motivated, team player with strong work ethic
