Job Description for Executive / Sr Executive – Sales Operations Coordinator
Candidate should own the business operation process in support of the identification of market opportunities.
Strategic Account Planning, Sales Pursuits, Competitive Intelligence.
Generate new Business from existing & new Customer and work on a strategy for getting good business.
Responsible for Identifying collaborative business opportunities & establishing a long-term partnership with top Key Accounts and Channels.
Ensure that sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads and prospects.
Build appropriate tracking mechanisms to track follow up and closure of leads.
Partner with Regional Sales leaders and Account Managers for feedback and align to sales priorities.
Report to Line Manager and Division Sales Leaders on the sales metrics and opportunities available from time to time.
Need to serve as an intermediary between customers, account managers, global operations and technical teams and support in closure of orders and meeting the deliverables.
Education and Experience levels:
Any degree from recognized university
Required minimum of 3 plus years of experience in pre-sales and sales operations roles.
Proficiency in SAP, MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint)
Need to have good negotiation skills, communication and ability to meet targets
