Job Responsibilities : A "Sell-In Planner Manager" is a crucial role in sales department. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales operations and ensuring a seamless flow of Xiaomi products to the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales strategies, meet market demand, and achieve sales targets.
Job Duties :
- Sales Forecasting: To provide Sales Forecast to Supply Chain Department by utilizing historical sales data, market trends, and input from various Zonal Planners/ AIoT Managers to develop accurate and monthly sales forecasts at SKU & WH level for all categories.
- Supply Visibility: Provide Supply Visibility to Sales Team at SKU and WH level break-up for respective Zone, post shared by SCM
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and potential Out of Stock conditions. Collaborate with supply chain department and category teams to ensure efficient stock availability across WHs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behaviour to make informed sales projections and adjustments.
- Collaboration: Develop cross-functional communication to align on forecast accuracy by collaborating with Category Team and Supply Chain Department by gathering relevant information and insights on production, supply and risks.
- New Product Introductions: Collaborate on planning for new product launches, including initial demand estimates, production planning, and inventory allocation at Zonal Level.
- S&OP Participation: Actively participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to provide demand insights and support supply chain decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain and demand-related risks to ensure product availability at WH level.
- Report Management: Publish various Sales Reports to the team and management for tracking of Sales Data and identifying gaps.
- Data Analysis: Use historical Data to continuously improve demand planning process and accuracy.
Qualification -Any Master's Degree
Experience - 8+ Years
Skills - Data Analytics, Sales Planning and forecasting, Stakeholder Management, Strong Data Management.
