About Team

Flipkart is an extremely dynamic company where things are moving at a scorching fast pace. This is a highly visible position with unlimited room for growth and creating upside for the company. The team manages the Shopsy BU within Flipkart and drives complex, multi-phased projects by working with cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time.

About the role:

This will be an Assistant Manager, Sell role. It will encompass pricing planning and governance across the entire BU. This would also involve exposure to tracking and highlighting key levers to ensure compliance with the monthly operating plan across pricing charters. Identifying opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting – with thorough use of available platform data. Exposure to revenue and budgets planning, working closely with stakeholders from Sell Side, Buy Side, Marketing, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors in engineering from a Tier-1 institute or an MBA
1-2 yrs. experience in a Data intensive Role

Required abilities / competencies:

Analytical bent of mind. Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved.
Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables.
Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables.
Result-oriented and ownership-driven, can end to end own a process/project with strong attention to detail.
Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines.

Technical capabilities:

Expertise in - Excel ; Good to have skills - SQL,Python
