Manager, Marketing Technology Platforms
Labcorp is seeking a marketing technology manager to be the on-site supervisor for our marketing technology implementation team in India. This team is focused on supporting the marketing technology strategy and roadmap and reports into the Marketing Technology Strategist. Strategic Management
- Supervise the local marketing implementation technology team
- Create practical implementation plans to support the marketing technology roadmap, a view of how our marketing technologies interact with a 1-3 year outlook on development and integration priorities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Technology Strategist and other stakeholders on designing the roadmap.
Implementation & Integration
- Oversee the marketing technology infrastructure and day-to-day application support of critical marketing technologies including (Workflow management, Digital Asset Management, Consumer Data Platform, etc.)
- Ensure projects deliver business value and produce high-quality results, while meeting time and budget constraints
- Partner with our analytics team to implement a framework for acquiring, storing, analyzing, and acting on real-time/platform-based consumer data, including CRM and email marketing for both B2C and B2B customers
- Monitor reliability and health of the marketing technology platforms and manage delivery capabilities to increase stability, speed, and overall performance.
Documentation:
- Document, implement, update and enforce the use of Standard Operating Procedures. Develop web and digital technology standards (Policies, Guidelines) and templates to be discussed, approved and enforced across the organization.
- Develop guidelines, processes, and policies if required, for digital marketing technologies.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related field experience required with 7+ years relevant technology experience in a Brand Marketing environment, including experience managing execution and development teams
- B2C and B2B experience preferred working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience managing the systems that make up the marketing technology stack, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM, B2C & B2B Email Service Platforms, Lead Management Systems, Content Management Systems (Adobe), website & eComm platforms, Digital Analytics software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Digital Asset Management tools, and Consumer Data platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, whether working with creative, executive, or data-driven teams.
- A strong collaborator who seeks out cross-functional feedback and input to build comprehensive recommendations and drive well-informed strategies.

- Possesses a thorough understanding of marketing automation, consumer data management, digital asset management, marketing analytics, and digital advertising/promotional technologies (including CRM, email services, loyalty platforms, content management, etc.)
- Has a strong understanding of the consumer lifecycle, touchpoints, and experience journey
- Can fairly quickly understand a complex, matrix life science organization with a diverse set of products lines and audiences
