To generate demand for EP and drive Project & Retail business in the market. Achieve revenue and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan. Experience of working with distributor, to engage and expand Channels in assigned geographies and track primary, secondary sales
Customer Management
Meet new customers and expand customer base
To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
Responsible for Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in territory / segment
Well conversant with Key Account Management
Having adequate knowledge of Specification work
Having Good Connect with Architects/Consultants/Builders/Electricals Contractors
Sales and Commercial Activities
Ensure Order log-in as per Commercial Policy
Meeting Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Commitments
Liaising with Channel partners for the progress of existing orders and communicate as appropriate to customers
Maintaining a long tail of Pipeline for longer visibility of revenue
Review of Ageing of Channel partners and ensure DSO is maintained and any discrepancy if found is escalated / addressed immediately
Working with a Growth Mindset to exceed AOP Plans
Channel and Dealer Management
Increase presence in Market through effective Channel Management
Identify and appoint new Channel and Dealers in assigned territory as required
Engage and Drive additional revenue from existing Channel and Dealer network
Ensure all Channel Communications, reach the Channel on time
Support Channels in achieving their Goals by providing business support
Ensure adherence to agreed Commercial Requirements
Appointment of new retailers in assigned geography
Ensuring that Channel Partner achieves its Qtrly AOP and Schemes
Product Promotions
Ensure Promotion Plan is executed as per schedule with adherence to Brand Guidelines
Conduct periodical meets aimed at Dealers, Electrical Contractors and other Key Influencers
Drive Trade Visibility by ensuring Signage's, Display Boards, Brochures and Price Lists are displayed appropriately at Channel and Dealer counters
Identify and drive innovative ways to improve market share
Graduate in any stream/MBA/PG
