What This Position Is All About:
Vendor Control is responsible for the management of Vendor data in our ERP. This includes vendor creation, amendments, and vendor
inactivation, as well as identifying and solving any issues requiring solutions to allow an efficient vendor setup process.
Shift Timing: Flexible for 4 pm to 1 am

You also have:
Strong financial aptitude with a minimum 2 years of work experience with MNCs/GCCs, with a preference for Vendor control/Management functions Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especiallyExcel)
Strong oral and written communication
As the Associate, Vendor Control you will:
Monitor the vendor profiles created in FUSION/ORACLE EBS and ensure there is no duplication
Validate the vendor information provided by Business Units, analyze the data, and gather additional information needed
Create and amend the vendor master as requested by the business
Follow the compliance/DTPs
Work on any amendment requests received from Business Units, Bank updates, deactivation of vendors
Follow up with business and requesters to complete the requests within the TAT
Support ad hoc requests like vendor mass clean-up and vendor master data clean up
Update the daily trackers & dashboards with appropriate data
Create/ Maintain documentation regarding process, procedure, and training
Support (global) projects and new technology implementation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, vendor master data quality and seek further opportunities to drive data standardization
