Job description 

The HBC India Vendor Relations team supports the management by resolving Accounts Payable related queries received through email/phone from vendors and internal partners such as merchants, the Finance Shared Services team in North America, and other business groups. The position provides leadership and direction to a team of associates involved in the day-to-day resolution of queries, besides providing insights about team and business performance, proactively addressing situations, creating a good rapport with business partners and a positive approach towards constant improvement. The position will report to the Manager – Vendor Relations.

Experience preferred: 8-10 years overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in people management.

Competencies:

·       Very good written and verbal communication to handle customers and suppliers from North America

·       Strong expertise in handling customer queries (email/phone) – Accounts Payable related query handling preferred

·       Prior experience in handling a team of 14 associates who come from varied experiences

·       Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to handle escalated issues in a composed, yet result-oriented manner

·       Lead in the role of change catalyst for the team and propel the team through constant change and improvement

·       Experience in handling people management hygiene items such as performance management, career development

Preferred Skills:

·       Exposure to tools like Mainframe, Oracle, and Zen Desk (or any other query management tool)

·       Experience with leading teams in retail

·       Experience with both BPO and GIC environments

Working Hours:

The role is expected to work a ‘North American’ shift pattern, approx. 4:00 P.M. - 1:00 A.M. IST

Team Lead – BIM – Reality Capture Avvir (part of Hexagon) is seeking a Team Lead who can lead a team of BIM Associates and Trainees, to help ensure our customers get the highest quality analysis results from our platform. One should be a proactive leader and sees ambiguity and obstacles as opportunities to build new solutions. The incumbent should have passion for virtual design and construction, reality capture analysis, good data analytics skills, and is detail oriented. This is the role Lead and manage a team to perform quality analysis processes on scan vs BIM results as well as labelling photos for as-built conditions. You will be responsible for: Comparing BIM to photos and/or point clouds and label BIM elements as Built, Not Built or Deviated according to the reality capture data. Adjusting the position of individual BIM objects to match the point cloud. Prepare custom reports based on our data and knowledge of BIM & construction processes using MS Excel & Power BI. Process reality capture data from customers or external parties. Future responsibilities: Manage, extract, and manipulate BIM Models in preparation for leveraging our software, including adding metadata for 4D & 5D BIM analysis. This is you Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Over 7+ years of relevant experience and currently managing a team. In-depth technical knowledge of Navisworks, Revit or AutoCAD. Expertise of scan processing tools: CloudCompare, Recap. Experience in Dynamo and data analytics tool Power BI is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. Experienced in acting as a mentor and demonstrates the ability to successfully scale up teams by cultivating a collaborative and supportive environment.
