We are looking for a highly experienced technical support professional with strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex customer technical issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team. Experience in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT is desirable. A strong background in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, C#, and Java is required. Knowledge of cloud development platforms like Azure and AWS is also necessary. The candidate should have a good understanding of IoT hardware devices and possess the skills to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot IoT solutions. Proficiency in languages such as VC#, Python, NodeJS, and Java is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of Cognitive Services such as Speech, Computer Vision, and Form Recognizer is a plus. The candidate should also have a good grasp of ML concepts such as training, scoring, and inferencing. Basic knowledge of tools like Fiddler traces and Network tracing is required. Experience in setting up IoT solution infrastructure, provisioning and managing devices, and implementing security measures is necessary. Knowledge of IoT SDKs and the ability to use the AML SDK and R-Studio are highly desirable. Familiarity with AKS, ACI, and IoT Edge is a plus. The candidate should also be able to process and manage data efficiently. The role requires the candidate to investigate and solve complex customer technical issues and act as an advisor to customers. The ideal candidate will also contribute to product and process improvement by engaging with Microsoft Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools for Microsoft product improvements.

Qualifications

Required
5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
• Thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong C, C++ coding skills, along with Python, C# and Java
• Azure, AWS cloud development experience 
• Excellent communication skills with both written and spoken English
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team
• Ability to work well in ambiguous situations

 

Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• IoT, Troubleshooting hardware devices

Language Qualification
English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.

 

Required Qualifications
• Thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Strong C/C++ coding skills, along with Python, C# and Java
• Azure/AWS cloud development experience
• Python coding knowledge - Mandatory


Basic idea about ML - training, scoring, inferencing - concepts
• Capturing Fiddler traces, Network tracing, analyzing the traces


Set up the IoT solution infrastructure
• Provision and manage devices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IoT solutions
• IoT SDKs - Any of the languages VC#, Python, NodeJS, Java - One language is mandatory
• Cognitive Services: Any of these services - Speech, Computer Vision, Form Recognizer, LUIS, QnA Maker Etc.

The ideal candidate will have a BE or MTech Degree in computer science, or the equivalent in work experience.

Two or more years of experience in software development using C, C# and/or Java (script) is preferred.

We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience. The candidate should have experience in Network Security Engineering or consulting, and/or Systems Administration with a focus on security. They should also have experience with endpoint security, server security, or threat analytics. Customer facing support experience is required, along with experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory Administration. Enterprise cloud experience with any of the major cloud providers is a plus, as well as experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments with 1000+ users. Additional desirable skills include experience with Linux or Mac administration, scripting and automation (PowerShell or Python, Java, or a similar language), and language qualification in English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
