Customer Success Associate
Omnify is looking for a key member to craft customer success strategies, build relationships, and deliver excellent experiences. Candidate should be creative, analytical, problem solver. The job requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Experience in customer-facing roles and working with Global SMB clients in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage.
Job Brief:
Omnify is looking for a key member who will help craft the company's customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using creative and analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding right through to enabling business success for customers.
- Driving retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
- Interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, intercom, web chats, or text messages to answer questions about the product.
- Ensuring that Customer Success best practices are being followed throughout the whole company, and having a big hand in shaping these
- Contribute to our existing knowledge base, eBook resources, and tutorials, and make them awesomely useful
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as Omnify advocates via testimonials and case studies.
- Working closely with our product team to ensure our customer's needs and ideas are fed into the process as we develop new features
- Ensuring our customers are kept up to date with the latest product features and versions, and how these changes can benefit them
Job Requirements:
- Looking for freshers with 0-2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing position.
- Added advantage if you’ve worked with Global SMB clients in a fast-paced environment; ideally in a SaaS startup.
- Enjoys collaboration and thrives in a team
- Is kind, empathetic, caring, and loves to help people
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
