Role Description:

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll champion our dedication to top-notch client service. With every interaction, you’ll aim for the “Wow, that was amazing!” reaction, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with French & English-speaking Customers. 
  • Handle client queries via text and video calls.
  • Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
  • Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
  • Build and nurture client relationships.
  • Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates/post-graduates passing out in 2024.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Candidates with problem-solving, empathy, analytics, presentation, and documentation skills.
