Training:

  • Structured Onboarding: Undergo a structured 9 - months Internship and training program with mentorship during the last 6-8 months of college. Upon successful completion & college graduation, transition to a full-time role.

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates/post-graduates of 2024 in fields like B.Com, BA, BBA, M.Com, MA, MBA, or similar.
  • English proficiency in both written and spoken communication is essential.
  • Those with a basic understanding of the SaaS industry.
  • Candidates with excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, analytics, presentation, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:  You will work with our international teams targeting clients in North America, Europe & Asia.  Subsequently, set up a demo with the respective region Sales leader.  You will build relationships with the most successful recruitment firms in these markets using LinkedIn, Email & Phone Calls.  You will also attend sales demo meetings along with senior sales leaders on our teams so you can graduate from the SDR role to a Closing role within 12-24 months which will help you increase your compensation by 100-300%.  Act as the first point of contact to potential customers, you will qualify active buying interest and be a critical part of the bridge between the prospect and sales team to ensure new customer acquisition.  Diligently record and manage prospect/ potential customer information in CRM (Hubspot).  Who can apply? Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2024 – B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com/ MA / MBA & any similar fields should apply.  No. of positions - 35 Selection Process (Online/Virtual):  Online Test (MCQ based)  Assignment  Interview with Director of Sales  Final Interview with the Founder Compensation structure:  This program is designed for students in the final year of their course and starts with a paid 3 -month part-time internship where you’re working 21 hours/week as a Sales Development Intern . Internship stipend: Part-time (INR 7,500) At the end of three months, on the basis of performance, you’re moved to our final 6-month trainee program where you’ll be working 42.5 hours/week as a Sales Development Trainee .  Training stipend: Full-time (INR 12,000) Upon successful completion of this 9 months program , on the basis of performance, you’re guaranteed a full-time position as a SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Recruit CRM with an OTE (On Target Earning) of 10 lakhs.   The base salary is INR 500,000 and the target Bonus is INR 500,000 per year. The bonus is paid out each month. Note: Historically the top 50% of our sales reps have made 150-250% of their target bonus in 2023, 2022 & 2021  Location :  We are a fully remote working organization. The entire process from application to selection will be virtual/online mode. Post joining the working mode will be online/work from home.
