Role Description:
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll champion our dedication to top-notch client service. With every interaction, you’ll aim for the “Wow, that was amazing!” reaction, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with German & English-speaking Customers.
- Handle client queries via text and video calls.
- Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
- Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
