JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for: We are looking for sharp, analytical and growth oriented professionals who can solve complex problems/situations in a structured manner, have experience of working in cross functional roles and develop close strategic relationships with key clients in the Telco/OEM space, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to Product teams and to global leadership. 

Location: The Growth person will be based in our Bangalore Head quarter, reporting into the Glance Folders Team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Leading the relationship with Telco/OEM from Folder’s product team  
  • Program manage the deal discussions for internal stakeholders like Commercial, Cross functional Experience units, Finance to drive new Telco/OEM partnerships 
  • Be part of the deal Modelling and Analytics for New partnerships 
  • Owning account service from Folder’s product POV which would include Revenue reporting, Analytics and driving QBRs, MBRs and WBRs.  
  • Drive higher revenue by leading product intervention, optimization and working across stakeholders for the account 
  • Orchestrate the cross-functional support required to drive revenue on Glance folders 
  • Deriving data driven insights for increasing product efficiency as well as for client review conversations 
  • Provide feedback to the product team in designing better products/features by communicating Client requirements 

 

What do we require from you 

  • 2+ years of experience in a role encompassing Category /Account/ Revenue management (Apps) and data analysis, from digital/ App revenue/programmatic/ad tech background (Not Mandatory) 
  • Functional Area: Account Management/ Product  

Ideal candidates must possess 

Must haves: 

  • Self-driven individual who can pick up every task that contributes to his role and a problem solving attitude.  
  • Excellent relationship management skills, communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with a medium level understanding of App based products with different monetization streams 
  • Analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data 
  • Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning 

Should have:

  • Prior experience of owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography 
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of data analytics based optimizations/ experiments on revenue delivery 
  • Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.

Conduct due diligence and approve new vendors. Lead escalation related to PO execution, on time delivery and relationships with suppliers. Presents to senior leaders in specific purchasing space and on cross functional teams on how sourcing contributes to overall strategy. Advises functional managers of other functions regarding approaches, processes, procedures and progresses. Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the Sourcing function. Identify and deliver value-adding opportunities for the business. Identify and lead processes enhancement. Lead cost out, localization, source optimization projects within Sourcing Lead supplier performance reviews with supplier focal and leadership Provide analytical data and lead implement improvement plan Achieve personal and functional targets with robust strategy development. Work closely with other functions (e.g. Finance) to ensure cross functional alignment with all projects and initiatives and to help business achieve targets Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in Sourcing, Compliance, Commercial, Quality, Production, EHS, HR, Lean, etc. Other tasks assigned by organizational or functional leader(s). Support signature/seal process including proper maintenance of related tools and rules. Assist in contacting, collaborating with, and preparing documents with external law firms. Manage board and shareholders meeting logistics, attend and record minutes of all board and shareholders meetings, facilitate board communications. Required Skills (Technical Competency): This role requires advanced experience in Sourcing & Supplier management. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical 8+ Years of relevant experience Negotiation skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strong quantitative and analytical skills; strong PC skills. Strong understanding of logistics requirements (incoterms, freight) Skilled in working collaboratively with remote personnel. Project management & process improvement skills. Strong Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred. LEAN Mindset is preferred. Fluent English Knowledge on SolidWorks is preferred.
