What you need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Having an MBA is a bonus.
- Experience in business development, especially in media/advertising, is preferred.
- A strong global network in content/media is a big advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are crucial. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and applying insights to business planning.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different time zones and in a team.
- Skilled in handling ambiguity and bringing clarity to chaotic situations.
