What is the role about?


In this role, you'll focus on solving a significant challenge related to content discovery. Your goal will be to create attractive opportunities for content creators and media houses to join our platform NOVO. This position involves leading various projects in areas like business development, advertising technology, and marketing. You'll be a vital part of our partnerships team, ensuring that innovative thinking and operational efficiency remain key drivers of long-term success. 

 

What will you be doing : 

  • Plan how NOVO integrates with Indian publishers and media houses. 
  • Collaborate with platform leaders to optimize developer value by combining different platforms. 
  • Establish clear goals and metrics for long-term success. 
  • Execute important projects using data analysis and industry knowledge. 
  • Coordinate with teams to put company plans into action. 
  • Manage large-scale projects across departments. 
  • Communicate the company's strategy through various channels.

What you need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Having an MBA is a bonus. 
  • Experience in business development, especially in media/advertising, is preferred. 
  • A strong global network in content/media is a big advantage. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are crucial. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and applying insights to business planning. 
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different time zones and in a team. 
  • Skilled in handling ambiguity and bringing clarity to chaotic situations.
