JOB DESCRIPTION
About The Role :
You will get to work on a 1 to 100 problem statement that is aimed at disrupting game discovery globally, specifically on crafting a winning proposition to game developers of high caliber that incentivizes them to integrate with Nostra. Under this ambit, you will also lead projects across multiple domains ranging from business development, adtech and marketing. You will be seen as part of the strategy arm and will ensure product thinking and operating excellence continues apace to be successful in the long term.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Drive the Nostra-game dev integration strategy across the world
- Work alongside Platform leaders and their units, to solution different platforms coming together for maximum developer value; influence roadmap decisions, consolidated GTM and interlock at an organization level
- Set in place the right metrics, success milestones and accountabilities to ensure the long-term vision is accomplished
- Deliver select strategic projects for high-priority initiatives/ new game dev business initiatives informed by data analysis, industry trends, research and process.
- Collaborate with the teams to set the Operating rhythm and execution plan of the company, to translate the strategy into reality.
- Project manage complex org wide transformation projects, across multiple stakeholders, functions and months.
- Help articulate and communicate the overall strategy and direction of the company through multiple channels of communication.

- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and managing the complexity of driving org wide transformation projects. You have an eye for data, detail and driving operational excellence within the company.
What you need to succeed:
- 4-6 years of relevant functional experience .
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA degree is a definite plus for this role.
- Experience working in business development - both strategy & sales(preference for Gaming and/or the advertising industry).
- Wide network among game developers globally is a major plus
- Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills. Exceptional communication skills and analytical skills and a high level of comfort with large data sets to be able to understand key metrics and apply these to business planning.
- Ability to influence and work with key stakeholders’ cross-functionally across time zones, and in a team.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and put method to the chaos.
