Job Description

RFX Responses: Proactively respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and other bid-related activities.
Content Creation & Management: Generate, organize, and manage proposal content ensuring high-quality submissions.
Content Updation: Regularly review and update existing content, ensuring it remains relevant, current, and proposal-ready.
Proposal Compliance: Collaborate with the bid management team to establish a responsibility matrix and maintain proposal compliance trackers.
Client Requirement Analysis: Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring that our responses are tailored and compelling, drawing from existing material and data points.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface effectively with local, regional, and group level teams to collate necessary data and insights for RFX responses.
Content Integration: Seamlessly integrate content contributions from various teams to produce a consistent and cohesive proposal response.
Bid Cycle Support: Assist the bid team throughout all stages of the bid cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, oral presentations, customer visits, and any other related stages.

Primary Skills

Experience in proposal writing and Content creation.
A deep understanding of the presales lifecycle and a comprehensive grasp of proposal management processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. The candidate should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly, persuasively, and succinctly both in written proposals and oral presentations.

Secondary Skills

Understanding of BPO and IT Services.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team.
Creative thinking, flexibility to adapt to new situations.
