As a Customer Relationship Executive in Property and Asset Management, you will be responsible for maintaining strong public relations with guests/tenants and addressing their needs. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure a good customer experience, handle complaints effectively, and conduct customer feedback surveys. Your responsibilities also include conducting daily rounds, attending training programs, handling calls and emails, and assisting with filing and inventory records. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and be fluent in English and Hindi. A background in hospitality or customer service is required.
