Shift: 10 Hrs Shift between the window of 1 AM - 3 PM IST. Candidates should be flexible with night shift, rotational shift and 24*7 environment as per business need.
Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or undergraduate Degree in a relevant customer service field (preferred domain by Telecom/technical/Business and Financial Services) Or Completed tertiary education in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
