It’s a complex, interconnected show to keep on the road, and this job matters because you will be part of the team that makes sure that it does. You will work with your colleagues in the PMO team to bring together a complete overview of all of Digital’s strategic plans, their dependencies, and their link to value creation and Digital’s North Star Goals. You’ll be working with our CFUs and CUs to integrate product and process changes with Digital’s plans. You will do this by also being a great coach, supporting teams across Digital Data Governance to develop their adoption of Agile methods and tools, supporting and empowering teams to make decisions that will enable their success. Equipped with this BT-wide understanding, you will be able to guide teams to make better decisions, work directly with senior management teams across BT to ensure their support, and will help ensure that Digital is becoming a highly productive, Agile team.

What you’ll be doing

1. Contributes towards project planning including strategic vision, execution, project financial management, maintenance, and quality assurance for projects and programmes within the portfolio.
•    2. Ensures the consistent and efficient execution of programs and projects, which adhere to group governance and project methodology frameworks, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within aggressive timelines.
•    3. Ensures the subjective and formal documentation of the objectives, processes, and results of technical work, establishing and maintaining a document library and ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and that templates and tools are clearly defined
