About this Role
As a Senior Manager – Finance Experience you will be responsible for :
Globally accountable for leading the accounting and issue resolutions related to Inventory, ICO pricing and PIS/BTRM processes within Diageo.
Ensure accurate and timely month end close.
Leading a team of 20-30 people
Global ownership for the RTR activities both from business and technical perspective
Ensure transactions are recorded accurately in sub ledgers and general ledger.
Ensure all open GLAT items are resolved on a timely manner.
Ensure all accounts are reconciled.
Measure KPI’s and Data Quality.
Continually look for process and system improvements to drive service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all the existing CARM and GAR controls are accurately operated by intercompany team in a timely manner. Identify the possible risks in the processes
Ensure high engagement - Train, mentor, motivate and develop skills of the team
Support of continuous improvement, standardization and simplification projects
Partner with Business Finance and other finance customers to ensure smooth functioning of finance and accounting.
Drive transformation and change initiative agenda within the team
Leadership Responsibilities:
The candidate will have strong leading contributions regarding Global RTR Processes in projects and continuous improvement processes.
The candidate will have the ability to influence big parts of the organization regarding the implementation of the future operating model and systems
The candidate needs to act as a change manager, contributing to the implementation of a strong data driven business
'Cooperation (communication, collaboration, and coordination)
'Cross-regional cooperation (close cooperation with subject-matter experts in the markets)
Strong collaboration with the global and regional supply GPO's, FCs, RFDs
Strong collaboration with external providers (consultancy and maintenance)
Support internal and external audits
Required Skills:
Preferably Chartered accountant with strong RTR experience minimum 12-to 175 work experiences
Analytical thinking and logical understanding required
SAP experience preferred
Good understanding of Business Processes and Key-and Risk performance indicators
Excellent Communication skills
Business process knowledge from various industries beneficial
Excellent people management skills
