Job Description:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE     

This role is responsible for supporting the end to end execution of various Packaging Tramlining/ productivity projects (optimization of designs,  processes and mechanisms to provide a solution which is cost optimization and fit for purpose & relevent to the consumers) - thereby ensuring the business delivery per plan .

OPERATING NETWORK

WITHIN the Function Divisions/ Departments OUTSIDE the Function External Interface

 Manufacturing, Sourcing ,Project team, Plant, OQC and Unit QCMarketing, Sales & Finance Packaging Material suppliers, External agencies & Institutes

TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: •P G Diploma from Indian institute of Packaging or equivalent Institute

Experience: • 5 to 10 years in Packaging Manufacturing/conveter/ FMCG industry (in  Paper & Paper Board ,Glass PET and/or Packaging Material Printing  process)
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/technical development role(preferred)

Knowledge & skills: • Ability to work closely with cross functional team
• Knowledge on SOP creation , Technical Specification Development etc.
• Kmowledge in Packaging lines( filling,sealing , labelling machines), Handling chain & end to end  Pack Validation & commercialisation

Best suited for someone who• Is 'Subject Matter Expert  on  the respective Packaging Material Category
