Job Description

Role Overview:  

Reporting directly to the NSC Finance Director, you will collaborate closely to oversee the National Shared Service Centre (NSC) operations, which encompass Accounting & Reporting, Finance IT, Banking, Insurance, Tax & Legal services.  

The role involves efficiently managing finance and administrative teams, providing tactical business advice, optimizing processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to the growth and integration of Eurofins entities in India.  

The collaborative efforts with the NSC Finance Director will be vital to enhancing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall growth of Eurofins Scientific in India. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the NSC Finance Director to lead and optimize the NSC's finance and administrative teams, working closely with the Head of Accounting/Controlling and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Successfully achieve agreed-upon objectives, promoting effective collaboration within the teams. 
  • Offer comprehensive Company Secretarial and Legal support to all Eurofins entities in India. 
  • Drive process efficiencies in finance-related tasks, focusing on optimizing workflow and effectiveness. 
  • Develop and monitor Key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the smooth functioning of NSC operations. 
  • Formulate and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of all NSC-related processes. 

Specific Assignments: 

  • Organize and oversee finance teams, collaborating with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Manage administrative procedures for recruitment, payroll, training, and termination processes. 
  • Handle Social and Labour Law procedures in coordination with the HR team. 
  • Initiate and oversee the budgeting process, ensuring timely submission to the Group. 
  • Maintain relationships with Auditing and Accounting firms. 
  • Ensure Statutory compliance across all Eurofins companies in India. 
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of accounting and reporting tasks into the NSC following acquisitions. 
  • Manage finance, treasury, credit lines, and banker relationships. 
  • Supervise credit collection, litigation, and working capital optimization. 
  • Collaborate with the NSC Finance Director and the International Finance Team for integration and contribution. 
  • Propose improvements to reporting, controlling, and finance functions at divisional and group levels. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct Half yearly surveys on Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Labour Law changes to adapt organization and costs. 
  • This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to foster collaboration across various departments. Working under the direction of the NSC Finance Director, your collaborative efforts will be vital to enhancing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall growth of Eurofins Scientific in India. 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are advantageous. 

Proven experience of minimum 15 years in the relevant roles.

Job Description We're on the lookout for a seasoned Sr. Director, Finance - Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across all functions under the SVP of Finance. Key Responsibilities:  Establish and manage Business desk advisory for large/ complex deals, non-standard constructs for customers, and partnerships. Create and standardize scalable and repeatable processes across the organization.  Partner with SVP-Finance and all functional leaders reporting to SVP to drive excellence across all functions. Serve as the central hub for all cross-functional projects. Project manage all key initiatives/ projects. This may range from long-term projects to smaller tasks.
