Reporting to the CHRO, your major roles and responsibilities will include up-keeping and maintaining the client's offices and guest houses across India, setting up new facilities, collaborating with EHS & HR teams for ensuring the Health, Safety & Security of employees, travel management, establishing mechanisms to manage and monitor stationery, events, and canteen, liaising with Government Authorities for compliance, planning and implementing multiple projects related to office and guest house maintenance.
Job Description
Reporting to the CHRO, your major roles and responsibilities will include:
- Up-keeping and maintaining the client's offices and guest houses (excluding manufacturing facilities) across India as per Company's standards
- Setting up new facilities viz. Office, guest house, renovation of existing infrastructure on a need basis, negotiation with Landlords for lease and lease terms
- Collaborating with EHS & HR teams for ensuring the Health, Safety & Security of employees at workplaces
- Looking after Travel Management (air, rail, and road)
- Establishing mechanisms to manage and monitor - stationery, events, and canteen
- Liaising with Government Authorities for compliance related to buildings, food, and hygiene
- Planning and implementing multiple projects related to a new office, maintenance of office/guest houses within allocated time lines
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate is an HR graduate with 15+ years of experience with at least 10-12 years in core facility management for multi-divisional and multi-locational offices pan India. They should have managed end-to-end administration and infrastructure-related operations. They should have experience in handling travel management, housekeeping, security, pantry, event, etc. They should have experience in managing external authorities like police, government officials, and third-party vendors. They should have worked on setting up new offices for their organization. They should possess good communication and strong leadership skills
