Production Planning
Ideate and implement strategic visions to create and improve production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facility
Plan, schedule, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet the need of the customers and organization.
Ensure that all process line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, economic performance, and planning, expediting as needed
Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while maximizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standardsMaintenance of Quality standards
Investigate and implement innovative methods of manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve quality of the product
Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met
Design, prepare test for manufacturing methods to ensure high quality and efficiencyHealth and Safety of Staff
Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with state regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff.
Conduct routine audits of equipment's and schedules
Comply with quality assurance and standards to assure manufacturing of high-quality products

Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures
Work with chief financial officer to develop operating budget
Manufacturing Staff Optimization
Build and mantain a trusting relationship with employees
Communicate with employees about performance expectations
Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a
clear sense of direction and focus
Identify training requirement for staff to build and improve skills
The Successful Applicant
BTech/BE Mechanical/Production/Industrial
Proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
In depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation and inventory processes
Max experience - 15 - 18 years
