Job Description
Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership support to business and functional leaders in achieving corporate objectives and business growth.
- Serve as an active Human Resources (HR) professional within global HR team.
- Facilitate and advise cross-functional teams and as the primary contact providing consultation for all human resources issues.
- Ensures organisational compliance and adherence to best practices.
Human Resources
- Partner with Global HR team to design and implement HR strategies
- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver value, eliminate issues and gain efficiency across the organisation.
- Partner with local leaders to guide talent management, salary planning and recruiting processes for all levels of candidates: mid-level leadership, function and technical experts as well as production employees and interns.
- Identify training and organisational development initiatives required to meet business goals. This may include the development, coordination and facilitation of training.
- Demonstrate relevant expertise to represent the company in areas regional business culture, employee engagement, regional or country specific compensation strategy and benchmarking, regional or country specific compliance.
- Develop training content and facilitate training as and when required by the organisation.
- Serve as the HR functional expert and lead core HR functions such as payroll, benefits, social programs, and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
1. Master's degree or an MBA from Tier I B school - MDI,TISS,XLRI,SCMHRD
2. Years of experience - 7 to 15 years
2. Proven experience as an HR professional in a multinational environment, with specific exposure to the agriculture or relevant industry.
3. Strong knowledge of regional employment laws, compliance, and cultural nuances.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to lead and manage HR functions independently
