Job Description



  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.


  2. Financial Planning: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and resource allocation.


  3. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements, including taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance.


  4. Audit Management: Coordinate and oversee external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.


  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and risk management strategies.


  6. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development.


  7. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.


  8. Investment Management: Optimize cash flow and oversee investment decisions to maximize returns while managing risk.


  9. Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in due diligence processes and support the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualifications are mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial goals with the company's overall objectives.
