Job Description

Recovery of outstanding dues- Following up and dealing with the borrowers who are defaulting in payment, on a regular basis to ensure outstanding dues are recovered. To also appraise default cases and make suitable recommendations accordingly.
Portfolio/Delinquency Management- To use IT driven recovery tools, legal based resolution techniques and portfolio credit risk assessment tools inorder to manage the loan portfolio and control delinquencies.
NPA Management- To take all necessary steps including timely and appropriate legal action for resolution and recovery of NPA accounts.
MIS Review- All the recovery related information to be reviewed and analyzed which will help manage the portfolio.    

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong command over verbal/written communication and should be a good listener (Proficiency over regional language is a mandate). To exhibit high level of integrity and business ethics. Should have strong negotiation skills, liaison skills and be persuasive in nature in order to choose the alternative that is most desirable in resolving delinquencies. Should be aware of the relevant laws and acts (including amendments) including SARFAESI. Should be willing to travel extensively within the region.
