Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the demand generation marketing function within the marketing team. Manage team and programs to budget, timeline, and goals. This includes hiring and management of employees, outside agencies and contractors
  • Plan, develop & execute Integrated marketing campaigns through digital paid/organic, experiential events etc. Responsible for driving customer acquisition via PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Syndication, and other demand related channels.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, trade shows, events and webinars that generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and increase pipeline velocity
  • Own strategy, execution, and reporting for our ABM programs. Leverage intent-data to understand where accounts are in their buying cycle
  • Effectively communicate across the marketing department and broader organization, sharing campaign updates, timelines, processes, and results while championing the marketing team and demonstrating our impact on the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably in a high growth/SAAS company
  • Extensive experience in the global B2B SaaS industry and preferably worked for India, MENA, SEA and US geographies.
  • Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, email marketing, and other ad platforms.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; easily able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Budget management experience required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with proven ability to work across functions to achieve and scale results.

Overview This role will lead the media agenda for Snacks and Beverages in the market and is responsible for delivering the media agenda in the market in close partnership with sector Media & Digital capability team. Primary responsibilities include managing media agencies to deliver media AOP, campaign plans and lead media/digital reporting & analytics.
