We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate headcount and other HR reports, engaging with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, proactively sensing ER issues, handling grievances, coordinating with recruitment and ERC teams, and ensuring statutory compliances. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing shifts, interacting with stakeholders, analyzing data, driving employee-centered initiatives, and strategic planning of core HR metrics. This position requires working knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing industries. Locations available for this position include Thane, MH, IND.

DESCRIPTION

· Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports
· Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
· Proactive sensing of ER issues
· Grievance Handling
· HRIS
· Payroll
· Co-ordination with Recruitment and ERC Team
· Statutory Compliances
· Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances
Graduate in any discipline preferably from recognized university. - Preferred background work experience in HR of having worked with Large Warehouse/Logistics/ Manufacturing companies.
· Effective communication and negotiation skills.
· High presentation, reporting and team player skills
· Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.
· Relevant experience of at least 2 years
· Demonstrated intense customer focus.
· Demonstrated level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic.
· Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
· Team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards

Key job responsibilities
Managing Shifts (both Day and Night) with rotational week-offs
Interacting with stakeholders like Associates, Process Assistants and Area Managers
Dive deep on data and delivering high accuracy interpretations
Driving 100% Associates Centered Leadership (ACL) initiatives on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

A day in the life
Strategical planning on core HR metrics like attrition, absenteeism;
Adhering to ACL Practice calendar to enrich employee experience by conducting HR Gemba walks, FGDs, ER connect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
