We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our HR team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, handling employee inquiries, supporting the payroll process, preparing HR reports, and assisting in organizing employee engagement activities. You must have minimum 2+ years of experience in HR operations and administration roles and a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, as well as proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Roles & Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Administer and manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and other systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR processes, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support the payroll process by providing necessary employee information and collaborating with the finance department.
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management, providing insights into key HR metrics.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate HR training programs, ensuring employees are up-to-date with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Assist in HR policy development and updates, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
  • Stay informed about relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
  • Oversee day-to-day functioning and maintenance of Office Space.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR operations and administration roles
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
