As a Technical Specialist, you will own the technical excellence, quality of the deliverables, and cost of quality for our Services teams.

 

 

Reports To

Manager (Services)

 

Job Duties

  • Ensure that team members know how to perform tasks effectively with high quality as well as procedures and processes are being applied appropriately by team members
  • Lead technical validation meetings for reliability and mechanical integrity projects
  • Check quality of deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Drive customers to the appropriate solutions by engaging Subject Matter Experts to challenge and deliver value to our customers
  • Execute higher level work for areas in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and strategizing reliability data for our customers

 

Accountabilities 

  • Ensure technical accuracy and quality of all deliverables
  • Technical engagement and leadership with the project team/customer

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline with 5+ years of technical reliability experience in project execution or facility operations and/or maintenance within the petroleum, chemical, mining process, or wastewater industries
  • 5+ years of technical reliability experience in project execution or facility operations and/or maintenance within the petroleum, chemical, mining process, or wastewater industries
  • Technical knowledge of our offerings, including systems, processes, equipment, codes and standards
  • Ability to apply/integrate different approaches to technical/analytical methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically around technical issues
  • Strong aptitude for learning new processes and techniques

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience with asset management, reliability, maintenance, integrity, inspection, warehouse management
  • 3+ years’ experience with production optimization and risk management

 

Equipment and Software Knowledge

  • Microsoft Suite
