Join us as an HR Intern at Codemonk in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to learn about HR practices, policies, and procedures. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. Help create a positive work environment and ensure HR compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT domain knowledge, and a positive attitude are required. Students in their final year are eligible for this 4-6 months internship, with the possibility of a full-time role after performance review.
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced HR professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with orientation activities.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating and documenting employee issues and concerns.
- Help maintain a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring HR compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Help prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English

Qualification:
- Students who are in the final year of studies and available for full-time internship for a duration of at least 4 - 6 months. Post internship subject to performance review, candidates will be offered a full-time role
