We are the creators of a proprietary Intelligent Document Processing platform that automates data extraction from complex and messy unstructured documents. Something nobody has done before! And of course, we’re very proud of that. For over a decade, we’ve been building expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks and much much more.

 

And now, we are looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for recruitment and people interaction to join our People team for a period of 3 months.
 

 

Below is a list of the background we would like our Intern to have:

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 

As a Intern- Talent Acquisition at Infrrd, your job responsibilities will include:

  1. Operational Efficiency- Assist in streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and follow best practices for HR operations.
  2. Systems and Technology Management- Oversee HR systems and technology, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support and Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  3. Performance Management- Support the performance management process, performance reviews, including goal setting, and reports. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of performance-related activities.
  4. Training Coordination and Change Management- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions. Coordinate training activities and provide support whenever needed.
  5. Policies and Documentation- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures

 

Internship period: 3 months

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment. 3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 4. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. 5. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. 7. Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team. 8. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via online job boards, social media, and professional networks. 2. Resume Screening: Review resumes to identify qualified candidates and maintain an organized pipeline. 3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers for an efficient process. 4. Candidate Communication: Keep candidates updated on their application status and address inquiries promptly. 5. Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. 6. Recruitment Advertising: Assist in creating and posting job ads online and monitor their performance. 7.
