And now, we are looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for recruitment and people interaction to join our People team for a period of 3 months.
Below is a list of the background we would like our Intern to have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
As a Intern- Talent Acquisition at Infrrd, your job responsibilities will include:
- Operational Efficiency- Assist in streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and follow best practices for HR operations.
- Systems and Technology Management- Oversee HR systems and technology, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support and Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Performance Management- Support the performance management process, performance reviews, including goal setting, and reports. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of performance-related activities.
- Training Coordination and Change Management- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions. Coordinate training activities and provide support whenever needed.
- Policies and Documentation- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
Internship period: 3 months
