Job Description:
Operational support to the Training team : Learning & Development
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs with business leaders at Airbus.
- End to end support in training/Program Delivery. This includes identifying the training materials, placing order through an internal forum, providing the necessary materials to the trainers before the training begins.
- Ensuring the training data is accurate and relevant on a real time basis.
- Maintaining trackers and attendance of the participants and collection of Training feedback in regular intervals.
- Implement robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants and, using data to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of learning initiatives .
