About the role: This role will require bulk hiring of feet-on-street/field sales executives using various channels such as vendors, referrals, recruiters, and job postings for the South Region.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Experience in hiring sales force - about 1000 + executives every month and is able to churn that number.
2. Manage various source mixes and TAT
3. Good control of the Cost of hirings for assigned business.
4. Handling largely South Region hiring for entry-level employees.
5. Monitor and hire off-roll employees for the assigned business.
6. Handle multiple vendors for hiring requirements and monitor end-to-end management.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Minimum 9 -12 years of experience in managing bulk hiring, manpower planning, and budgeting.
2. Ability to manage a large team, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Word & Excel skills required.
Education: Must be an MBA Graduate.
