Job Description

1. Responsible for overseeing the local recruitment process at site and onboarding of new employees.
2. Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. (workforce planning & talent management).
3. Handling employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and local administration including stay, food & transportation of employees.
4. Streamline the HR Process in line with the practices followed by other IC at Middle East.
5. Handling the VISA, Documentation & Deputations for Middle East deputed employees.
6. Administer Salary and Benefits Staff, Contract & Workmen at various sites.
7. Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
8. Managing compensation and benefits as per law of land, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with labour laws.
9. Identifying training needs and organizing professional development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
10. Analyzing HR data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
11. Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
12. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and staying up-to-date with changes in labour laws at Site.
13. Preparing and presenting HR reports to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.
