Talent Acquisition - Non Technology (Bulk Hiring )- Associate/Sr Associate/ Team Lead
Expectations/ Requirements :
1. Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing/future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents.
2. Be the trusted advisor that BUs can reach to understand talent availability and market intelligence.
3. Optimize end to end recruitment processes from exceptional at market research, candidate generation, interview process and offer extension.
5. Implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skillsets
6. Must be comfortable with Bulk Hiring (Sales & Operations) also willing to travel .
7.Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards.
8. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.
9. Implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skillsets
10. Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
11. Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a core Talent Acquisition, holding core exposure of end to end recruitment.
2. Must have strong Stakeholder Management.
3. Good with Reports and creating Dashboards.
4. Should have a clear understanding of the various TA Metrics, Processes and Compliance.
5. Awareness of latest sourcing channels and techniques.
6 . Have strong candidate interviewing skills and understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
7. Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
