What you’ll do day-to-day

You’ll provide advisory support to business groups on people related aspects through guidance, consultation, and execution of key activities, programs, and initiatives. You’ll also act as a "trusted advisor" and the primary point of contact for managers and employees. You’ll partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential. Further, you’ll provide support to the leadership team on people related matters, policies, and procedures; analyze business specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions that can improve performance, retention, and employee experience. You’ll plan and conduct business group-specific engagement activities and initiatives. Additionally, you’ll work with HC management to resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances. You’ll also work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. You’ll be required to provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers on aspects related to coaching, counseling, and career development and provide guidance on the implementation of HR processes and policies, and suggest changes basis floor pulse gathered via 1:1 connects with the employees.

Who we’re looking for

  • The ideal candidate should have one to two years of HC Business Partner experience, and a master’s degree in Human Resources .
  • The candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  • The candidate should also possess excellent people management skills and the ability to build relationships with leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive business group objectives.
  • Candidate should have the ability to empathize with people.
  • Candidate should possess good project management abilities.
