JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for talented and insightful candidates to join as a Manager in the International Human Resources Operations group (IHOP), which is part of the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function. IHOP supports the recruitment efforts for our global offices around the world, as well as enables several of the Talent Management and Benefits processes alongside supporting some of the strategic recruitment initiatives such as structured interviewing for these global offices.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you’ll manage various critical operations and processes that support firm’s global recruitment and HR functions. You’ll drive employee data management processes and data governance within firm’s HR management system (Workday). You’ll ensure operational excellence, manage team’s work plan and prioritization. You’ll also work with stakeholders from Human Capital to ideate Workday data management process changes that lead to overall efficiency and add value to the business. Additionally, you’ll partner with developers to conceptualize solutions that enhance Workday and other recruitment infrastructure, while assuming responsibility for specifying technical requirements and providing operational support for existing applications. You’ll also partner with Talent Assessment team in ideating assessment tools for hiring team to select talent as well as help improve recruitment management system and associated structured interviewing functionality. You’ll collaborate with global teams to drive process efficiency across HR functions, such as background checks, new hire onboarding, and benefits. You’ll manage projects and process improvement initiatives, including driving change management to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. You’ll also lead, motivate, and support a team of talented individuals and take ownership of their performance and career development. Furthermore, you’ll manage critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks by delivering high-quality work products.

Who we’re looking for

  • The candidate should have a graduate/master’s degree with at least four to eight years of relevant work experience in HR shared service delivery, with a minimum of two years of people management experience. Preference will be given to those who have functional Workday experience.
  • Candidate should have effective communication and excellent project management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills, an affinity for data and MS Excel, and a demonstrated history of solving problems.
  • The candidate should have the capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.
