JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a collaborative, critical thinker with well-developed communication and project leadership skills to join its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. This individual will work with senior members of the firm to address some of its important strategic challenges by designing, managing, and driving firmwide DEI strategies and programs to meet the firm’s DEI goals.

What you’ll do day-to-day

You’ll work closely with the firm leaders, our Human Capital group, and other internal stakeholders to support DEI strategic priorities and manage projects with teams across the firm with a focus on achieving measurable and sustainable results. This role requires a dual focus on strategy and execution, as you’ll play a key role in driving the firm’s DEI strategy through design and implementation of initiatives and programs, and provide support to affinity group projects. You’ll also be responsible for extensive reporting and analytics to measure the impact of our diversity efforts in a rigorous and data-driven way.

Who we’re looking for

  • Candidate should have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree with six to twelve years of comparable experience, with at least five years in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • The candidate should have a deep understanding and expertise of DEI and knowledge of global trends.
  • The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail and have excellent analytical skills.
  • The candidate should have experience in managing processes and tracking initiatives across functions.
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and should be to work effectively with colleagues of varying seniorities both within and outside their own team.
  • The candidate should be willing to take on challenging, high-impact projects and lead programs from strategy to execution while advising senior leaders.
