Job Description:

A vacancy for an IT Technology Specialist has arisen within Airbus in Bangalore, India. The successful applicant will join the team in Airbus Commercial, Connectivity Security, DINS. 

You will design & build reliable services to enable business teams to deliver efficient Products via automated and secured solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technology skills and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Is the Technical Expert in order to advise and deliver a specific technology or methodology use case.

Has full accountability for Network security services design in line with business solution needs.

Supports and advises the business service designers to make the best use of network security services.

Anticipate technology innovations and plan their introduction into Airbus Information System.

Manage one or several technical projects

Support Network security team to ensure end to end operation 

Deliver and deploy IT products and services with end-to-end accountability in conjunction with the Product Manager and technical experts. 

Monitor both insourced and outsourced teams and activities

Communicate updates and feedback regarding the product

Provide product support depending on the needs of the company

Perform the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration and event management

This role will involve some travel for business once a month in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Qualification & Experience:
 

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 5 years of experience in similar jobs.

PRIMARY: Lead the Technical aspect of Network security Service 

Technical reference in terms of development and operation

Drive the standardization and harmonization of the network security solutions and process at Airbus group level.

Contribute to track and remediate network vulnerabilities and support technical audit of the network infrastructure

Develop new ways of automation for identification, remediation, and validation of security rules and issues.

Ensure the network security requirements are met during the project in line with business requirements, budget and time schedule. 

Provides support and implementation for corporate security projects.

Responsible for continual improvement and innovation and plan their introduction into Airbus Group Information System.

Follow the technical part of several projects (for example )

Deployment of Nomad Gate in India, 

industrial segmentation 

Deployment of cloud proxy Netskope in India/China

Upgrading the NAC infrastructure 

Adapt current infra to cloud usages (Internet access, Nomad, Extended Enterprise…)

PRIMARY: Technical skills/experience (as an example)

Network security platforms such as: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls, F5 BigIP APM, Cisco ISE, Broadcom Proxy (former Bluecoat)

VPN client technologies such as: Cisco AnyConnect, F5 APM Edge Client

ZxcCloud security solutions: CASB, Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Netskope), AWS, Azure

Network security skills: VPN tunnels, Network Segmentation, Firewall, WebProxy, NGFW, IDS/IPS, Network Access Control (NAC) 

NICETO HAVE: 

Devops culture and related skills (i.e. programming languages, infrastructure as a code, configuration management, collaborative development, containerization)

MANDATORY : Communication skills/experience

International exposure

Ability to synthesize, structure and vulgarize highly technical topics

Good communication skills
