ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
Engage with the customer’s Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer’s core applications.
Establish and manage technical governance.
Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs
Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions
Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)
Should be able to contribute on the upgrade activities with respect to Servicenow
Understanding and having experience in driving process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity using automation
Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business
Governance of the relationships between applications, legacy systems, component libraries, content repositories and supporting databases.
Understand business and technical problems addressed by the solution, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security requirements of the customer.
Liaise between the client, vendors, pre-sales and the technical team(including SN Hi Support) on questions, issues, or revisions to solution architecture.
Advise the client on the solution architecture options, including the impact of new technologies on their existing technical and information system environment.
Work closely with project management and delivery teams to assist the planning and review of project schedules, project reviews and gap analysis.
Stay current on product developments/ releases to a level required for demonstrations and thought leadership.
Remain up to date on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Contribute to industry events, sharing best practices and knowledge.
Support the development and growth of the services delivered by Atos ServiceNow practice.
