Description:
The Project Manager is part of the Information Management (IM) function EDS team located in India. He/she is responsible for the CSOD product and Workday full roll out in India and in addition supports the building of the Product Strategy for EDS team in India. Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.
The successful candidate will establish team goals by understanding the business strategy, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. He/she will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction.
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering graduate/post-graduate with 10-13 years of total experience in developing, delivering and managing IT solutions.
5-6 years of Project/Product Delivery experience - Demonstrated experience in Project Delivery Leadership for a team of 10+ members on HR Digital perimeter OR any other relevant technology
5-6 years of People, Capacity, Business and Resource Management experience
2-4 years of Business Process Analysis
2-4 years of Subcontractor Management experience
Ability to work with a range of technical staff to develop joint solutions
Able to work with International teams.
Technology-related experience:
Knowledge / Experience in working on Workday modules - development / configuration / business analysis / project management, etc.
Experience/knowledge of Cornerstone On-Demand tool
Demonstrated capabilities to define and drum-beat Delivery Quality guidelines and resolve issues on Delivery Quality
High level of energy, strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities and making quick decisions with limited information are essential attributes in this role
Experience working with Agile/ SAFe project methodologies
Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally
Strong organizational, communication & customer service skills
Able to do Scope estimation, planning, time management, scheduling, project costing and budget management.
Good oral and written communication skills

PMP / ITIL Certifications (good to have)
