You will be part of Global Client reporting team. You will be working on different traditional asset groups for Manual Reporting. You will also be helping with different transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

 Ownership and oversight of the function, making sure requests are understood, completed & delivered with highest accuracy & timeliness.

  • Complete various ad-hocs, custom reports & other tasks as assigned.
  • Steer local and global strategic initiatives on process improvements, transformation and control enhancement.
  • Understand the numbers being reported, build the domain expertise including product knowledge.
  • Active interaction and training with teams where required
  • Develop domain expertise across all functions within the team by continuous up-skilling through in-person and online trainings
  • Working with Client Reporting’s dedicated automation specialists and Technology partners to deliver automated, scalable solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Graduate with 10-12 years of experience / Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams, as well as on own initiative; sensitivity to different cultures and working styles
  • Need to be a self-starter, creative and be able to prioritize key tasks effectively 
  • Excellent with analyzing large data sets and completing root-cause analysis of any discrepancies found

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA preferred
