In this role you will have the opportunity to be a key part of defining the ecosystem and capability set and shaping the journey for this transformation team more broadly. Given the ambitious nature of this change program, this role will provide you the access and visibility to senior firm leadership and broad exposure across the full spectrum of AWM globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Standardization and efficient production of fraud reports across regions – achieved by having a standard data flow, common definition of metrics and consistent reporting formats
  • Own regular reports and metrics for all Fraud reporting to ensure that they are timely and accurate
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to streamline them
  • Gather data and reporting requirements from different teams and business functions and identify gaps with current situation.
  • Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing QA/QC framework for identified processes and ensures adherence and constant improvement.
  • Automation of BAU, develop self-service solutions/On-demand reporting and deliver business value
  • On time delivery and quick TAT, multi-task and manage multiple projects independently

Required Qualification, skills and capabilities:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with relevant work experience
  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience especially in Fraud Reporting within Banking/Financial Services/Analytics industry
  • Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations – with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence
  • Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach
