We are looking for a Business Analyst Associate to develop automated reports, gather and analyze data from various sources, identify relationships between data, and define criteria to satisfy business requirements. You will be responsible for developing automated reports after understanding assigned business processes, reviewing requests for new or enhanced reports supporting those processes and researching, evaluating and recommending solutions to satisfy those requests. To be successful developing the reports, you will need to gather and analyze large amounts of data from differing data sources, identify relationships between the data analyzed, review those relationships with report requesters and other subject matter experts and define specific criteria needed to identify non-compliant accounts to satisfy the business requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 4+ years of report development experience required
- Experience in data analytics utilizing advanced SQL using large-scale enterprise database platforms such as Teradata and Oracle required
- Experience with SAS (Base 9.4 on Unix platform preferred) for report automation required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Access and Excel skills for data analysis, PowerPoint skills for executive reports creation along with Word and Visio for process documentation required
- Demonstrate proficiency with sourcing and compiling data from a tool with Extract / Transform / Load (ETL) capabilities such as Alteryx as well as creating and deploying reports with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as SSRS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Qlickview
