Job Description:

The goal of Digital Workplace (DW) is to make a significant and positive impact on the
way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a
foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. This is achieved through the
deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross functional
collaboration, improved productivity, greater company integration, and improved
transparency and more open and horizontal information exchange. A critical element
required to achieve success for Digital Workplace (DW) is a clearly defined strategy
supported by effective transformation plan and operational controls.
The Devices & Services PSL enables employees with the provision of modern ‘endpoint’
services and an ability to access Airbus business applications and solutions wherever
they are working. It includes provision, configuration, deployment and management of
the following : Computer Solutions, Printing & Scanning, Application & Store, Telephony
Solutions.
We are currently looking for a new colleague to manage the Workplace Applications &
Store Products.

Are you ready to share this exciting challenge with us?
○ Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Product Management,
Information Technology, or relevant field with 4-6 years of experience
○ Professional Certifications such as ITIL, PMP are strongly preferred

Core roles & responsibilities:
○ Lead and empower teams to manage the 4 main sub-products; Packaging &
Publication, Internet Browsers, PLM and AppStore
○ Plan and execute all the sub-Product’s lifecycle
○ Development of the medium to long-term roadmap of the product and
derivation of implications (resources, budget & processes)

○ Manage end to end the lifecycle of the IT Workplace Applications Portfolio
consisting of around 70 Applications (PDF, Creative Cloud Solutions and more)
○ Support the operational processes from E2E Perspective (Packaging,
publication...)
○ Manage the Workplace Applications transformation to a modern approach (App
stream, Cloud, native...)
○ Trans Division support and strategy vision including the Browsers
○ Modern Device Management for Application Management (Unified Endpoint
management on VMware Workspace One platform)
○ Stakeholder management and regular steering committee
○ Coordination & relay between DWD product managers, cybersecurity and
Infrastructure teams.
○ Contribute to operational vendor management / Supplier management,
coordinating teams and acting as a facilitator
○ Analyse and report delivery risks and opportunities, and engage stakeholders for
communications and decision-making
○ Manage the financial plan for the delivery team, providing forecasts

Skills:
○ Modern Product Management
○ ITIL Fundamentals
○ Capacity to challenge and drive decision making
○ Good IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and Cloud
○ Devices and operating systems (Windows, Chrome OS, MacOS, Android, iOS...)
○ Enterprise Mobility Management solutions (WorkspaceOne, SCCM, JAMF...)
○ Application publication on all type of devices (laptops, smartphone, tablets...) and
operating systems (Windows, Android, Ios, Linux, Unix)
○ Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP)
○ Federate and leadership about Information Risk Management and Information
Security
○ Supplier management (SLA, XLA outcomes)
○ Quality management (waterfall, agile)
○ Meticulous attention to detail
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to have:
Digital Transformation relies not only on technical competences but also on
a set of soft skills such as: communication, emotional intelligence, active listening,
design thinking and leadership to support new ways of working.
○ Business and end user experience oriented
○ Analytical and troubleshooting
○ Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
○ Excellent communication skills
○ Advanced level of English

○ French knowledge will be an added value
