We are hiring for the position of Sales Support Coordinator. We require candidates with a Bachelor's degree or vocational graduates/associate degree holders, excellent communication skills, knowledge of tools like SFDC, Order to Cash, CUAS, EMS, Flash, and a service-oriented mindset. Job Description

Sales Support Coordinator handles and evaluates customer needs and requirements in order to develop solutions effective for ensuring effortless customer experience. Support sales related admin works

 

Shift timings – 2PM – 11pm IST

Work mode - Hybrid

 

About the Role

Responsible for order transaction processing, placing quotes in Big Machines

Adherence to the Service Level Agreements – productivity, turnaround time, and accuracy with respect to cases created

Uses analysis along with policies and procedures to resolve customer issues. Interpret customer contracts and assist Field Rep’s, ASM’s

Also responsible for administrative work for sales rep and ease them to concentrate on sales

 

About You

A Bachelor's degree (in any field) or vocational graduates/associate degree holders

Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written

Knowledge on Tools like SFDC, Order to Cash, CUAS, EMS, Flash

Highly service-oriented towards customers

1 to 3 years of experience can apply
